На підставі Листа від 07.12.2021 року від Товариства з обмеженою відповідальністю «ДМ ПРОЕКТ» виникла необхідність внести зміни до Договору №2021/59-о від 26.11.2021 року, укладеного між Державним підприємством «Укрмедпроектбуд» та Товариством з обмеженою відповідальністю «ДМ ПРОЕКТ».
Так, вищевказаним листом постачальник повідомляє наступне: «Ми, ТОВ «ДМ ПРОЕКТ», уповноважений представник виробника медичних виробів Drägerwerk AG & Co. KGaA, Німеччина та Lojer Oy, Фінляндія даним листом повідомляємо, що запропоноване в рамках процедури UA-2021-09-24-005653-c обладнання виробництва Drägerwerk AG & Co. KGaA та Lojer Oy є високотехнологічним і від його роботи залежить життя пацієнтів. Наразі, через великий попит на продукцію виробника Drägerwerk AG & Co. KGaA та Lojer Oy по всьому світу, виробник задіяв всі свої виробничі потужності для прискорення виготовлення усіх замовлень, але попри всі зусилля, на виконання умови поставки обладнання в рамках процедури UA-2021-09-24-005653-c, до 10.12.2021 року не встигаємо. В зв’язку з даною ситуацією просимо збільшити термін поставки по договору № 2021/59-о від 26.11.2021 року.
На даний момент завод Drägerwerk AG & Co. KGaA та Lojer Oy прогнозують поставку Світильників операційних мобільних Polaris 200, Універсальних оглядових стіл-крісел 4040Х, електричних, 2 секції та Універсальних багатофункціональних операційних столів Lojer Scandia SC 440 Prime орієнтовно на 26 березня 2022 року.
Згідно Постанови КМУ № 1764 від 27.12.2001 року просимо Вас розглянути можливість здійснити 100% передплату. Отримання авансу у свою чергу прискорить розрахунки з постачальниками та сприятиме швидшій доставці вищенаведеного обладнання.»

Дана додаткова угода № 3 укладена 30.05.2022 року, проте лише 04.10.2022 стало відомо, що вона не була оприлюднена, а тому на усунення порушень, та в час коли уповноваженій особі стало відомо, для вжиття відповідних заходів, оприлюднюється дана додаткова угода.
