Додатковою угодою № 5 від 06.12.2018 року сторони погодили продовжити строк дії договору на наступний рік: до 31 грудня 2019 року та домовились збільшити орієнтовну загальну суму договору до 1 000 000,00 грн. з ПДВ. Ціна за одиницю кожного найменування Товару визначається Сторонами у специфікаціях до цього Договору. Остаточна загальна сума договору складається з суми вартості поставленого на умовах цього Договору протягом строку його дії.
