З метою виконання вимог рішення Яворівської міської ради Львівської області № 12 від 07.12.2020 року "Про початок реорганізації сільських та селищних рад шляхом приєднання до Яворівської міської ради Львівської області", Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни у назві та тексті Договору № 23 від 23.11.2020 року, а саме: назву "Краковецька селищна рада" в усіх відмінках і числах замінити назвою "Яворівська міська рада Львівської області" у відповідних відмінках і числах. У зв'язку із невиконанням робіт у 2021 році Сторони вирішили внести зміни в п. 3.1., п 4.2., п. 4.13 та п. 12.1, Розділ 6 "Юридичні адреси", а саме реквізити Замовника викладено в новій редакції. Додаток № 2 Календарний план-графік виконання робіт та Додаток 3 Календарний план-графік фінансування робіт викладено в новій редакції.
