1. Враховуючи п. 6.4.3 договору закупівлі послуг за державні кошти № 54 від 16 вересня 2019 року, Сторони домовились внести зміни до п. 5.1., виклавши його в наступній редакції:
"5.1. Строк (термін) надання послуг : 9-10 грудня 2019 року".
2. Дана угода складена у трьох екземплярах, кожний із яких має однакову юридичну силу та є невід'ємною частиною Договору закупівлі за державні кошти № 54 від 16 вересня 2019 року.
