В зв'язку із запровадженням в Україні загальнонаціонального карантину через загрозу поширення вірусу COVID-19 Верховна Рада України та КМУ прийняла ряд законодавчих актів, спрямованих на запобігання виникненню і поширенню поронавірусної хвороби, зокрема, за порушення правил щодо карантину людей передбачена значна відповідальність. Відповідно до вищевикладеного, виконання будівельних робіт на об'єкті було зупинене, тому, сторони узгодили подовжити строки виконання робіт по договору до 31.07.2020 року.
