Керуючись ч.5 ст. 36 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі» дія цього Договору продовжується до 02.03.2020 року та загальна сума по цьому Договору збільшується на 20 відсотків від його основної суми В Договорі доповнено кількість: дизельного палива на 22 230 літрів на суму - 613 550,00 грн.; бензин А-95 на 500 літрів на суму - 13450,00 грн.; бензин А-92 на 5000 літрів на суму - 129 000,00 грн.

У зв’язку з коливанням ціни товару (дизельне паливо) на ринку нафтопродуктів в бік зменшення, що не перевищило зменшення на 10% за одиницю такого товару, керуючись пунктом 2 частини 4 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та п.4.5.5 Договору, Сторони домовились зменшити ціну за одиницю Товару, зафіксувавши такі зміни: - «Дизельне паливо – 26,39 грн./літр з ПДВ»
