1. Сторони домовились викласти п.5.2. Договору, у новій редакції: "5.2 Ціна за 1 кВт*год електричної енергії без ПДВ складає:3,31 грн., крім того ПДВ 20 % - 0,66 грн., разом з ПДВ 3,97 грн." 2. Внести зміни до п.5.1. Договору: "5.1. Ціна договору становить 42750,15 грн., в т.ч. ПДВ 7125,03 грн. 3. Викласти додаток №2 до Договору (план-графік постачання електричної енергії) у новій редакції. 4. Решта умов Договору залишаються без змін.

Сторони домовились зменшити обсяги закупівлі, зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків Замовника. Сторони вирішили внести зміни до п.5.1. Договору шляхом викладення його в наступній редакції: 1. "5.1. Ціна договору становить 20593,58 грн., в т.ч. ПДВ 3432,26 грн." 2. Викласти додаток №2 до Договору у новій редакції. 3. Решта умов Договору залишається незмінною то обов"язковою для виконання Сторонами.
