Керуючись ч. 5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» сторони вирішили продовжити дію Договору про закупівлю № Т-5Р від 04.03.2019р. на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі, укладеному в
попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку, а саме на суму: 109592,48 грн без ПДВ ( Сто дев`ять тисяч п`ятсотдев`яносто двi гривнi 48 копiйок )
2. Викласти в новій редакції пункт 4.1. Загальна сума договору становить: 671711,31 грн без ПДВ ( Шiстсот сiмдесят одна тисяча сiмсот одинадцять гривень 31 копiйка ).
