У зв’язку із зменшенням Замовником обсягів закупівлі теплової енергії згідно з п.50 Договору про закупівлю послуги з постачання теплової енергії за державні кошти №421/19 від 11.02.2019 року Сторони уклали цю Додаткову угоду (далі - Угода) про наступне:
Пункт 3 Договору про закупівлю послуги з постачання теплової енергії за державні кошти №421/19 від 11.02.2019 р. викласти в наступній редакції : «Загальна сума договору складає 553710,60 грн (п’ятсот п’ятдесят три тисячі сімсот десять гривень 60 коп.) з ПДВ та складається з очікуваної вартості місячних поставок теплової енергії протягом вказаного в п. 47 строку дії договору.» Сума зменшення загальної ціни договору становить 361888,40 грн.

У зв’язку із необхідністю проведення Замовником на початку 2020 року процедури закупівлі теплової енергії та з метою безперебійної роботи Інституту в цей час, керуючись нормами цивільного і господарського законодавства, а також відповідно до частини п’ятої статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» :
Дія Договору про закупівлю послуги з постачання теплової енергії за державні кошти №421/19 від 11 лютого 2019 року продовжується на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі теплової енергії на наступний рік, а саме до 29 лютого 2020 року включно.
Загальна вартість та конкретний обсяг товарів, що будуть закуплені в період з 01 січня по 29 лютого 2020 року визначається окремою додатковою угодою між Сторонами після затвердження кошторису Замовника, та не можуть перевищувати 20 (двадцять) % ціни Договору.
