керуючись підпунктами 3.1.1, 3.1.2. пункту 3.1. договору, з урахуванням листа постачальника, сторони дійшли згоди щодо збільшення ціни за одиницю продукції без збільшення суми визначеної в договорі, при цьому зменшити обсяг закупівлі продукції. Примітка: закупівля здійснювалась відповідно до постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 28 лютого 2022 р. № 169 (зі змінами). Відповідно до абзацу першого підпункту 1 пункту 1 Постанови в умовах воєнного стану оборонні та публічні закупівлі товарів, робіт і послуг здійснюються без застосування процедур закупівель та спрощених закупівель, визначених Законами України “Про публічні закупівлі” та “Про оборонні закупівлі”. Підстава з відміткою "Закон" обрана з технічних причин з метою здійснення оприлюднення інформації в системі.
