Сторони досягли взаємної згоди продовжити дію Договору від 27.01.2017 № 815 до 31.03.2018 року включно – на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі у 2018 році в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 % суми, визначеної у Договорі від 27.01.2017 № 815. Обсяг закупівель буде визначений після затвердження Річного плану закупівель ДАП «Україна» на 2018 рік, про що Сторонами буде укладено Додаткову угоду.

Учасник зобов'язується поставити електричну енергію на період проведення Замовником процедури закупівлі електричної енергії на 2018 рік у кількості 106983 кВт•год., ціна електричної енергії становить 240178,02 грн. з урахуванням ПДВ.Сума обсягу поставленої електричної енергії не перевищує 20% ціни договору зазначеної в пункті 3.1 Договору. Дана Додаткова угода є невід’ємною частиною Договору № 815 від 27.01.17 про закупівлю товарів (робіт та послуг) за державні кошти.
Всі інші умови Договору № 815 від 27.01.17 про закупівлю товарів (робіт та послуг) за державні кошти, залишаються незмінними.
