Відповідно до частини 5 статті 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" (в старій редакції) та абзацу 8 п. 12.1 розділу 12 "Інші умови" Договору Сторони дійшли згоди продовжити дію договору і погодити наступну (нову) редакцію. п. 11.1 розділу 11 "Дія договору": "Цей договір набирає чинності з моменту його підписання Сторонами і діє до 31 березня 2021 року, але у будь-якому разі до повного виконання ними своїх зобов'язань, а в частині зобов'язань, що виникають з умов гарантії, - до спливу гарантійного строку".
