Збільшення ціни за одиницю товару до 10 відсотків пропорційно збільшенню ціни такого товару на ринку, за умови, що така зміна не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі про закупівлю. Сторони домовились з 02.08.2021 р. збільшити ціни на бензин А-92 - 28,00 грн. за 1 літр з ПДВ та ДП- 26,25 грн. за літр з ПДВ та внести зміни до Договору про закупівлю товарів за процедурою закупівлі - відкриті торги від 22 червня 2021 р.
