Згідно п.2.6.3, абз.2 п.3.6 Договору, п.4 ч.5 ст. 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", у зв’язку із затримкою фінансування витрат Замовника Сторони дійшли згоди подовжити строк виконання робіт та викласти п.3.1 Договору в наступній редакції: "3.1. Роботи виконуються по 31 липня 2021 року, відповідно Календарного графіку виконання робіт."
