1. Згідно Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» на підставі ст 36 пункт 4 –випадків змін умов договору прийнято рішення про внесення змін, а саме:
- з причини Покращення якості предмета закупівлі за умови, що таке покращення не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі, оскільки було виявлено, що Додаткову угоду №1 від 06.01.2021 до договору №7 від 04.01.2021 було не вірно складено, в зв’язку з цим, прошу ввважати її нікчемною, та яка не має жодної юридичної сили.

Загальна сума Договору складає 533 130,00 грн. (п’ятсот тридцять три тисячі сто тридцять гривень нуль копійок) у т.ч. ПДВ 88 855,00 грн. (вісімдесят вісім тисяч вісімсот п’ятдесят п’ять гривень нуль копійок). Ціна за одиницю продукції повинна відображатися в гривнях, згідно специфікації, яка є невід’ємною частиною договору.
