Сторони дійшли згоди доповнити розділ 2 «Ціна договору» Договору № 70-1 від 27.05.2019р. пунктом 2.6, виклавши його в наступній редакції:
«2.6. Фінансування залишку робіт в сумі 120 359,90 грн. (сто двадцять тисяч триста п’ятдесят дев’ять грн. 90 коп.) без ПДВ, зазначених в п. 1.1 даного договору, здійснюється в межах бюджетних призначень, передбачених на виконання даних робіт у 2020 р.»
Ця додаткова угода набирає чинності з моменту підписання та діє до 31.12.2020 року.
