У зв’язку зі зміною ТОВ «ЛЕО» вартості технічних умов на приєднання до електричних мереж, та прийняттям «Зміни № 3 до ДСТУ Б Д.1.1-7:2013 «Правила визначення вартості проектно-вишукувальних робіт та експертизи проектної документації на будівництво», на підставі п. п. 9.2 та 12.4 Договору на розробку проектно-кошторисної документації № 13 від 18.10.2017 р. Сторони домовились внести наступні зміни до Договору на розробку проектно-кошторисної документації № 13 від 18.10.2017 р.:
1. Вартість робіт за Договором на розробку проектно-кошторисної документації № 13 від 18.10.2017 р. збільшити на 37 897,78 грн. (тридцять сім тисяч вісімсот дев’яносто сім гривен 78 коп.) з ПДВ.
2. Пункт 2.1 Договору на розробку проектно-кошторисної документації № 13 від 18.10.2017 р. викласти в наступній редакції:
«2.1. Загальна вартість робіт за Договором визначається Протоколом узгодження договірної ціни (Додаток № 1), який є невід’ємною частиною даного Договору, та складає – 62 244.46 (шістдесят дві тисячі двісті сорок чотири гривні 46 коп.) в тому числі ПДВ 10374.08 грн.

У зв’язку зі зміною ТОВ «ЛЕО» вартості технічних умов на приєднання до електричних мереж, та уточненням фактично виконаних робіт по проектуванню, на підставі п. п. 9.2 та 12.4 Договору на розробку проектно-кошторисної документації № 13 від 18.10.2017 р. Сторони домовились внести наступні зміни до Договору на розробку проектно-кошторисної документації № 13 від 18.10.2017 р.:
1. Вартість робіт за Договором на розробку проектно-кошторисної документації № 13 від 18.10.2017 р. зменшити на 3 416,73 грн. (три тисячі чотириста шістнадцять гривен 73 коп.) з ПДВ.
2. Пункт 2.1 Договору на розробку проектно-кошторисної документації № 13 від 18.10.2017 р. викласти в наступній редакції:
«2.1. Загальна вартість робіт за Договором визначається Протоколом узгодження договірної ціни (Додаток № 1), який є невід’ємною частиною даного Договору, та складає – 58 827,73 грн. (п’ятдесят вісім тисяч вісімсот двадцять сім гривен 73 коп.) в тому числі ПДВ 9 804,62 грн.
