У зв'язку зі збільшенням ціни на природний газ (підтвердженим довідкою ТПП), на підставі п.2 ч.5 ст.41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" та п. 3.5.1 Договору, Сторони домовилися збільшити ціну за 1000 куб.м. природного газу до 10% пропорційно збільшенню ціни природного газу на ринку. Ціна на природний газ, що постачається з 01.01.2021 р. становить 5527,12 грн. з ПДВ за 1000 куб.м. природного газу. У зв'язку із збільшенням ціни обсяги закупівлі зменшено на 616,93 куб. м.
