Керуючись вимогами Цивільного кодексу України, Господарського кодексу України, а також Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», уклали цю Додаткову угоду до Договору (далі – Договір) про наступне: 1. Сторони, враховуючи те, що підстави для зміни істотних умов Договору визначаються пунктом 11 даного Договору та нормами чинного законодавства України, зокрема статтею 651 Цивільного кодексу України, статтею 188 Господарського кодексу України, пунктом 3 частини п’ятої статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» домовились про покращення якості предмета закупівлі, за умови що таке покращення не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі про закупівлю в частині уточнення та доповнення банківських реквізитів замовника. 2. Відповідно до вимог Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та пункту 11.2.2. Договору, з метою покращення якості предмета закупівлі, а саме в частині розрахунків, Сторони погодилися викласти банківські реквізити Споживача в наступній редакції: «Р/р UA728201720344241042400020350
UA198201720344261008495020350
в ДКСУ у м. Києві МФО 820172». 3. Зобов’язання Сторін та умови, передбачені Договором та не обумовлені цією Додатковою угодою, залишаються без змін. 4. Ця Додаткова угода є невід’ємною частиною Договору, укладена українською мовою у двох оригінальних примірниках. 5. Ця Додаткова угода набирає чинності з дня її укладення та діє до 31.12.2021 року.
