Note:
У зв’язку із зменшенням обсягу закупівлі (відповідно п.1 ч.5 ст.41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі»), Сторони домовились внести наступні зміни до Договору:
1. Зменшити ціну Договору на 114 272,48 грн. до 1 518 616,55 грн. (один мільйон п’ятсот вісімнадцять тисяч шістсот шістнадцять грн. 55 коп.), з урахуванням ПДВ 20% - 253 102,76 грн.
Джерело фінансування закупівлі:
• 1 488 616,55 грн. – місцевий бюджет;
• 30 000,00 грн. – кошти орендарів.
2. Кількість теплової енергії – 600.791770 Гкал.

У зв’язку із зменшенням обсягу закупівлі (відповідно п.1 ч.5 ст.41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі»), Сторони домовились внести наступні зміни до Договору, а саме:
1. Зменшити ціну Договору на 712 200 грн. до 806 416.55 грн. (вісімсот шість тисяч чотириста шіснадцять грн. 55 коп.), з урахуванням ПДВ 20% - 134 402.76 грн.
Джерело фінансування закупівлі:
• 776416.55грн. – місцевий бюджет;
• 30 000,00 грн. – кошти орендарів.
