Викласти п. Додатку 2 «Комерційна пропозиція» до Договору в новий редакції:
«1.1. Споживач розраховується з Постачальником за електричну енергію за ціною, яка 07.09.2022 р. становить за 1 кВт*год 4,97172 грн. (без ПДВ) та 5,96606 грн. (з ПДВ)».
2. Додаткова угода набирає чинності з дати її підписання, а її дія розповсюджуєтеся на розрахункові періоди з 07 вересня 2022.
3. Інші умови Договору залишаються без змін.
