У зв'язку зі зменшенням кошторисних призначень сторони домовились про зменшення суми Договору № ТДСКФ/БД/ПО/004-19587 выд 17.01.2020 року передбаченоъ пунктом 2.1. вказаного Договору на 5140,00 грн. (пять тисяч сто сорок грн. 00 коп.) в т.ч.ПДВ 20% - 856,67 грн.У звзяку з чим пункт 2.1. Договору № ТДСКФ/БД/ПО/004-19587 від 17.01.2020 року викласти у наступній редакції: "2.1. Загальна ціна (вартість) Договору визначається вартістю переданого пального Покупцю згідноз видатковими документами, протігом всього строку дії Договору та не повинна перевищувати 119860,00 грн. (сто одинадцят тисяч вісімсот шістдесят) гривень 00 копійок
