Керуючись п.8 ч.5 та ч.6 ст.41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", частиною 1 статті 188 Господарського кодексу України та частиною 1 статті 655 Цивільного кодексу України Сторони, дійшли до взаємної згоди продовжити термін дії Договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі послуг на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсодків суми, визначеної в Договорі, якщо видатки на досягнення цієї цілі затверджено в установленому порядку
