1. Замовник і Постачальник за домовленістю сторін керуючись п. 2 частини 4 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 року №922-VIII, дійшли згоди згідно пункту 11.2 Договору, укладеного між Замовником та Постачальником, збільшити ціну на продукцію, за умови, що зазначена зміна не призведе до збільшення суми Договору.
2. Загальну суму Договору зменшити до 185921,65 (сто вісімдесят п’ять тисяч дев'ятсот двадцять одна гривня 65 коп.) в т.ч. ПДВ – 30986,94 грн.
