1. Відповідно до п.1 ч.4 ст.36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» зі змінами та п.1.4., п.1.7 Розділу І «Предмет договору», п.3.6. Розділу ІІІ «Ціна постачання природного газу» сторони дійшли згоди доповнити п.3.6. Договору № __7__ від _26_._лютого_.2018 року абзацом наступного змісту:
«3.6. Загальна сума договору складається із місячних сум вартості газу поставленого Споживачеві за даним Договором і становить 168741,57грн.(сто шістдесят вісім тисяч сімсот сорок одна гривна, 57 коп.) у т.ч. ПДВ – 20%.
