Сторони, керуючись п. 1 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та пунктами 3.3, 11.1, 11.2 Договору дійшли згоди та вирішили внести зміни до Договору, а саме:
1. Зменшити ціну Договору на 28843,67 грн. і викласти п. 3.1 Договору в наступній редакції:
« 3.1. Ціна цього Договору становить 190825,19 грн. (сто дев'яносто тисяч вісімсот двадцять п’ять грн. 19 коп.) без ПДВ."
2. Додаток № 1 до договору про закупівлю № 3 від 06.01.2021 року, який є невід’ємною частиною договору про закупівлю, викласти в новій редакції. (сир сичужний 45-50% жирності 336,215 кг, сир кисломолочний 9% жирності 1063 кг)

Сторони, керуючись ч. 6 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та пунктами 11.2, 11.3 Договору дійшли згоди укласти цю Додаткову про продовження строку дії Договору на строк достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі, а саме: 14592,80 грн. (чотирнадцять тисяч п'ятсот дев'яносто дві грн. 80 коп.) без ПДВ. Та збільшити обсяг закупівлі товару : сир сичужний 45-50% жирності на 14 кг, сир кисломолочний 9% жирності на 100 кг.

1. Сторони, керуючись пунктом 1 частини 5 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та пунктами 3.3, 11.1, 11.2 Договору, дійшли згоди та вирішили внести зміни до Договору № 3 від 06.01.2021 року, а саме:
1.1. Зменшити ціну Договору на 4923,30 грн. і викласти пункт 3.1 Договору в наступній редакції:
« 3.1 Ціна цього договору становить : 200494,69 грн. (двісті тисяч чотириста дев’яносто чотири грн. 69 коп.) без ПДВ.»
- Зобов’язання на 2021 рік становить 190825,19 грн.(сто дев’яносто тисяч вісімсот двадцять п’ять грн. 19 коп.) без ПД.
- Зобов’язання на 2022 рік становить 9669,50 грн.(дев’ять тисяч шістсот шістдесят дев’ять грн.. 50 коп.) без ПДВ.
2. Додаток № 1 до Договору викласти у новій редакції.
