Розділ 7 Договору викладено в наступній редакції: «7.1 Генпідрядник має право залучати до виконання робіт субпідрядників. Субпідрядники – Товариство з обмеженою відповідальністю «НІКОПОЛЬСЬКА-СТК», приватне підприємство «Лєда». Субпідрядники, що залучаються до виконання робіт, повинні відповідати таким вимогам: мати ліцензію (дозвіл) на виконання робіт, якщо така вимога передбачена нормативними документами; мати ресурси ( матеріальні, технічні, фінансові), достатні для виконання робіт; мати досвід виконання аналогічних робіт, тощо. 7.2. Замовник має право після одержання пропозиції Генпідрядника відмовити у залученні запропонованого субпідрядника з обґрунтуванням причин такої відмови і рекомендувати свою кандидатуру. 7.3. Відносини між субпідрядниками та Генпідрядником регулюється із урахуванням положень Загальних умов».

Пункт 18.2 договору від 05 лютого 2019 року № 8 про закупівлю робіт за рахунок бюджетних коштів (далі – Договір) по об’єкту: «Чорнобаївська амбулаторія загальної практики сімейної медицини по пров.Шкільний, 4, в с.Чорнобаївка Білозерського району - будівництво», доповнено текстом наступного змісту: «У зв’язку з затримкою фінансування, керуючись пунктом 4 частини 4 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», сторони домовилися продовжити строк дії Договору до 28 грудня 2020 року». 2. Доповнено пункт 11.1 Договору текстом наступного змісту: «Фінансування робіт (будівництва Об’єкта) у 2019 році здійснюється за рахунок коштів субвенції з державного бюджету місцевим бюджетам і становить 8642475,87 грн (Вісім мільйонів шістсот сорок дві тисячі чотириста сімдесят п’ять грн 87 коп.), без ПДВ».
