Note:
Керуючись п. 2 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та пунктом 11.2.2 Договору Сторони домовились збільшити ціну за одиницю товару не більше ніж на 10 відсотків у зв’язку із коливанням ціни такого товару на ринку за рахунок зменшення кількості товарів, та без збільшення загальної вартості Договору.
У зв’язку із застосуванням п. 1 цієї Додаткової угоди Сторони домовились викласти зміни до Договору у новій редакції.
