. Керуючись статтею 651 Цивільного кодексу України, статтею 188 Господарського кодексу України, а також відповідно до пункту 1 частини четвертої статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», пункту. 6.2.3 Договору на постачання Товарів від 28 березня 2017 року № 16/2 Сторони домовились зменшити загальну суму коштів на придбання аміачної селітри (код ДК 021:2015 – 24410000-1 – азотні добрива) на 249750,00 грн. та викласти пункт 3.1 Договору в такій редакції: «3.1. Ціна цього Договору становить 206250,00 грн. (Двісті шість тисяч двісті п'ятдесят гривень 00 копійок), у тому числі ПДВ 34375,00 грн. Постачальник не може змінювати ціну на Товар, крім випадків коригування ціни Договору згідно чинного законодавства України.» 2. Додаток 1 до Договору викласти у редакції, що додається.
