У зв’язку зі зменшенням обсягів закупівлі електричної енергії, зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків Замовника згідно п.1. ч.5 ст.41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» зменшити суму договору на 60536,89 грн. та викласти п. 5.1. розділу V договору про закупівлю електричної енергії № 74263 від 17.06.2022р. в наступній редакції: «Ціна Договору на період з 01 червня 2022 р. по 31 грудня 2022р. згідно з обсягами державного бюджетного фінансування становить 51479,35 грн. з ПДВ. Зменшити натуральні одиниці на 16020 кВт/год. Обсяг становить: 13655 кВт/год.
