1. Додати п.3.5:
Джерелом фінансування-залишок освітньої субвенції з ДБ МБ, що утворився на 01.01.2020
2. Додати п.6.3.13:
Виконувати всі роботи згідно з вимогами будівельних норм та графіків виконання робіт (Додаток №1)
3. Оплату здійснювати згідно плана фінансування будівельних робіт (Додаток №2)
4. Інші умови Договору залишаються незмінними і обов’язковими до виконання Сторонами.
5. Ця Додаткова угода набирає чинності з моменту її підписання уповноваженими представниками Сторін та скріплення їх підписів печатками.
6. Ця Додаткова угода складена у двох примірниках, по одному примірнику для кожного із Сторін, які мають однакову юридичну силу і є невід’ємною частиною Договору.
