Відповідно до пункту 1 Додаткової угоди №2 від 16.08.2022 року до Договору:
1. Розділ 10. «СТРОК ДІЇ ДОГОВОРУ» п.10.1. викласти в наступній редакції:
Даний Договір набирає чинності з моменту підписання та скріплення печатками Сторін, і діє до 31.12.2022 року, а в частині здійснення розрахунків до повного виконання зобов’язань Сторонами.
ПАТ «ТЕХЕНЕРГО» надало послуг на 89 400,00 грн з ПДВ ТОВ «КРЕМЕНЧУЦЬКА ТЕЦ» в свою чергу 21.04.2022 року оплатило 89 400,00 грн. з ПДВ.
Станом на 30.12.2022 зобов’язання не виконані в повному обсязі.
У зв’язку з наведеним вище Сторони у повному обсязі не виконали прийняті на себе зобов’язання.
