Керуючись п. 4 ч.5 ст.41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», п. 11.2 Договору, уклали цю додаткову угоду про наступне:
1. Сторони домовились внести зміни до п. 5.1. Договору та викласти його у наступній редакції:
«5.1. Строк (термін) поставки (передачі) товарів: до 30 листопада 2021р. Поставка товару Учасником здійснюється не пізніше двох календарних днів з дня надання Замовником заявки Учаснику».
2. Всі інші пункти залишаються без змін.
