1. Відповідно до п. 1.3 договору № 45/1 від 17.01.2017р. обсяги закупівлі можуть бути зменшені залежно від реального фінансування видатків.
2. Зменшити суму договору № 45/1 від 17.01.2017р. на 135 293 грн. 43 коп., в т.ч. зменшити суму попередньої оплати на 67773,50грн.
3. Внести зміни до п. 3.2. договору № 45/1 від 17.01.2017р. в наступній редакції: «Ціна цього договору становить 2 492 854 гривень 82 копійок (два мільйони чотириста дев’яносто дві тисячі вісімсот п’ятдесят чотири гривні 82 копійки), в тому числі ПДВ – 415475 гривень 80 копійок».

Change of conditions due to extension of the contract term, sufficient for conducting procurement procedure at the beginning of the next year, in the amount not exceeding 20% of the amount specified in the contract made in the previous year, if expenses for these purposes are approved in the established order
Note:
1. Продовжити дію Договору на строк достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2018 року (п.5 ст. 36 Закону України від 25.12.2015 № 922-VIII).
2. Ціна цієї додаткової угоди складає 294 233,00 грн. (двісті дев’яносто чотири тисячі двісті тридцять три грн. 00 коп.), що не перевершує 20% від ціни Договору, у тому числі: ПДВ 49038,83грн. .
3. Інші пункти Договору залишаються без змін та є обов’язковими для виконання Сторонами.
4. Ця Додаткова угода складена українською мовою на одній сторінці у двох автентичних примірниках, кожний з яких має однакову юридичну силу. По одному для кожної із Сторін.
5. Ця Додаткова угода є невід’ємною частиною Договору і набирає чинності 01 січня 2018 року та діє до повного використання грошів але не довше 28.02.2018 року.
