Change of conditions due to extension of the contract term, sufficient for conducting procurement procedure at the beginning of the next year, in the amount not exceeding 20% of the amount specified in the contract made in the previous year, if expenses for these purposes are approved in the established order
Note:
1. Сторони домовились продовжити дію Договору № 415П/23 від 11.02.2021р та викласти пункт 12.1 Договору № 415П/23 від 11.02.2021р в наступній редакції:
«12.1. Цей Договір набуває чинності з дати його підписання Сторонами та діє до 28.02.2022 року включно, якщо інше не встановлено комерційною пропозицією, а в частині проведення розрахунків – до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов’язань за Договором».
2. Вартість електричної енергії, яка буде закуплена в період з 01.01.2022 року по 28.02.2022 року, не може перевищувати 20% суми Договору № 415П/23 від 11.02.2021р, а саме на суму 23936,02 грн. (двадцять три тисячі дев’ятсот тридцять шість гривень 02 коп.) з урахуванням ПДВ 3989,34 грн. (три тисячі дев’ятсот вісімдесят дев’ять гривен 34 коп.), в межах бюджетних асигнувань на 2022 рік.
