У зв’язку з коливанням ціни на ринку, що підтверджуються оприлюдненими результатами торгів на ринку "на добу наперед" та "внутрішньодобовому" ринку на офіційному веб-сайті ДП "Оператор ринку" (https://www.oree.conn.ua/) та відповідно до пункту 2 частини 5 статті 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" від 25.12.2015 року №922-УІІІ Сторони дійшли згоди збільшити ціну за одиницю товару на 6,18% від ціни зазначеної в Договорі, без збільшення загальної суми Договору.
