Виправлення технічної (механічної) помилки, допущеної комітетом з конкурсних торгів при оприлюдненні договору №Е/70-19 від 25 листопада 2019 року щодо закупівлі UA-2019-10-15-002142-b ДК 021:2015 код 09310000-5 «Електрична енергія» було помилково оприлюдненно договір з додатками, де вказана не вся інформація:
- в додатку 1 «Заява-приєднання до договору про постачання електричної енергії споживачу» не вказана дата початку постачання електричної енергії та дата підписання заяви-приєднання.
- в додатку 2 «Комерційна пропозиція №1 ТОВ «ЕНЕРГОГАЗРЕЗЕРВ» про постачання електричної енергії споживачу» не вказана дата підписання комерційної пропозиції.
