1. Сторони погодили продовжити строк дії договору та викласти п.11.1 Договору №1-КК3 від «11» листопада 2019 року в наступній редакції: «11.1 Договір набуває чинності з моменту його підписання повноваженими особами і діє до 31 грудня 2021 року або до повного виконання сторонами передбачених ним зобов’язань .» 2. У звязку зі зміною реквізитів Підрядника та Замовника, Сторони домовились викласти інформацію в розділі «Юридичні адреси, банківські реквізити і підписи сторін» у новій редакції.
