2. Додаток № 2 до договору №16 від 25.05.2017 р. (Календарний план) викласти у новій редакції (додається).
3. Пункт 10.1. до договору №16 від 25.05. 2017 р. викласти у наступній редакції:
«10.1. Договір набуває чинності після оформлення його обома Сторонами та діє до 31.12.2019 року, а в плані оплати до повного виконання фінансових зобов’язань Сторонами.»

В зв’язку з продовженням терміну дії договору згідно додаткової угоди №5 від 27.12.2018 року пункт 2.1. викласти у наступній редакції:

Загальна вартість робіт згідно договірної ціни розраховується на підставі ДСТУ Д.1.1-7:2013 та становить 127786,00 грн.(сто двадцять сім тисяч сімсот вісімдесят шість грн.00коп.) в т.ч. податок 5%-6389,30 грн.(шість тисяч триста вісімдесят дев’ять грн..30 коп.), у т.р. у 2017 році - 65157,89 грн.(шістдесят п’ять тисяч сто п’ятдесят сім грн.89 коп.), в т.ч. податок 5%- 3257,89 грн. (три тисячі двісті п’ятдесят сім грн. 89 коп. ) , у 2018 році- 59496,70 грн.(п’ятдесят дев’ять тисяч чотириста дев’яносто шість грн.70 коп.), в т.ч. податок 5% - 2974,84 грн.
