У зв'язку з неодноразовим коливанням ціни за одиницю товару на ринку електроенергії РДН в бік збільшення та збільшення ціни за одиницю товару в межах ціни встановленої сторонами в договорі, враховуючи поточний показник середньозваженої ціни електричної енергії згідно даних ДП "Оператор ринку" за результатом липня 2024 року, ліміт очікуваного обсягу на споживання електричної енергії КНП "КМПБ №5" згідно з даним договором майже вичерпано. З огляду на викладене, сторони дійшли згоди про припинення договірних зобов'язань за цим договором.
