З урахування експертного висновку Кіровоградської регіональної торгово-промислової палати № В-554/10 від «06» серпня 2021 року, уклали дану Додаткову угоду №1 до Договору про наступне: Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до Договору, виклавши п. 5.2 в наступній редакції: «1. Ціна за одиницю товару для Споживача складає: 3,6667 грн./кВт*год. без ПДВ і 4,4004 грн./кВт*год. з ПДВ». 2. Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни у Долаток 1 до Договору , та викласти його в новій редакції. Всього кількість 31100 кВт*год
