Згідно ч.5 ст.36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», шляхом укладання додаткової угоди змінити умови договору ДОН/Д-18172/НЮ-В від 16.04.2018р., на закупівлю «Послуги з технічного обслуговування РРО "MINI"» щодо продовження строку дії договору на період до 31.03.2019 р. в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% від суми зазначеної в договорі, а саме: на суму 29610,00 грн. (двадцять дев’ять тисяч шістсот десять грн. 00 коп.), з урахуванням ПДВ.
Загальна сума договору буде складати: 177 660,00 грн. (сто сімдесят сім тисяч шістсот шістдесят грн., 00 коп.), з урахуванням ПДВ.
