Керуючись п. 2 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та п. 12.8 Договору Сторони домовились про збільшення ціни за одиницю товару (один літр пального) до 10 відсотків пропорційно збільшенню ціни такого товару на ринку у разі коливання ціни такого товару на ринку за умови, що така зміна не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі про закупівлю.
