1. Згідно рішення сесії Кам’янської міської ради від 20.05.2022р. № 586-19/VIІI «Про внесення змін до відомостей про Комунальний заклад «Середня загальноосвітня школа № 7» Кам’янської міської ради» внесено зміни до установчих документів та змінено назву на Комунальний заклад «Ліцей № 7» Кам’янської міської ради. У зв’язку із цим сторони домовилисьвнести зміниу Договір, а саме змінити преамбулу тексту договору у наступній редакції:
КОМУНАЛЬНИЙ ЗАКЛАД "ЛІЦЕЙ №7" КАМ'ЯНСЬКОЇ МІСЬКОЇ РАДИ, в особі директора Матухно Лілії Анатоліївни, який(а) діє на підставі статуту, (далі – Замовник або Споживач), з однієї сторони, ТОВАРИСТВО З ОБМЕЖЕНОЮ ВІДПОВІДАЛЬНІСТЮ «ЗБУТ-ЕНЕРГО ПЛЮС» (далі – Постачальник), який діє на підставі ліцензії на право провадження господарської діяльності з постачання електричної енергії споживачу згідно Постанови НКРЕКП « Про видачу ліцензій з постачання електричної енергії споживачу» від 02.09.2020 року№ 1653, в особі директора Краміча Артема Анатолійовича, який (яка) діє на підставі Статуту, з другої сторони, надалі разом - Сторони, уклали цей Договір про таке:
