1. У зв’язку з допущеною помилкою в зазначені суми на яку зменшено суму договору, а саме: було зазначено зменшення суми договору на 6960 грн., а фактично договір було зменшено на 45 750 грн. 00 коп., у зв’язку з цим, необхідно внести зміни до пункту 2 Додаткової угоди №1 від 02.02.2026 року зазначивши актуальну суму на яку зменшено договір, виклавши в наступній редакції:
«2. Сторони дійшли згоди скоротити суму договору на 45 750 грн. 00 коп. (сорок п’ять тисяч сімсот п’ятдесят гривень нуль копійок) в тому числі ПДВ 7 625 грн. 00 коп.»
