Виконавець формує та надає споживачу рахунок та АКТ на оплату спожитих послуг не пізніше ніж за десять днів до граничного строку внесення плати за спожиту послугу.
Рахунок та АКТ надається на паперовому носії. На вимогу або за згодою споживача рахунок та АКТ може надаватися в електронній формі, у тому числі за допомогою доступу до електронних систем обліку розрахунків споживачів.»
