Сторони домовилися, що відповідно до ст.631 ЦК України, умови цього Договору застовоються до відносин між ними, які виникли до його укладення, а саме з 08.11.2018р. Дія договору про закупівлю може продовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року.»

1. п.2.2. Договору викласти у наступній редакції: «Постачальник» здійснює нарахування вартості пари та гарячої води за тарифом затвердженим виконавчим комітетом Нікопольської міської ради від 28.11.2018р. №937 - 3006,15 грн. за 1 Гкал з ПДВ.
2. Зменшити суму Договору на 50312,89 (п'ятдесят тисяч триста дванадцять грн.89 коп.)
3. п.2.3. Договору викласти в наступній редакції: Ціна цього договору становить 723407,53 грн. (сімсот двадцять три тисячі чотириста сім грн.. 53 коп).
4. Тариф на постачання пари та гарячої води вводиться в дію з 01.12.2018р.
