1. Пункт 12.1. Договору № Т-19 від 05.11.2019 року викласти у новій редакції наступного змісту: «Даний Договір набирає чинності з моменту його підписання уповноваженими представниками Сторін і діє до повного його виконання. Термін дії Договору до «31» грудня 2023 року.
2. Всі інші умови Договору № Т-19 від 05.11.2019 року залишаються чинними у редакції, в якій викладені Сторонами раніше, Сторони підтверджують їх обов'язковість для себе.

2. У зв’язку із зміною юридичної адреси, викласти п.16 Договору «Юридична адреса сторін» в наступній редакції: 80362, Львівська область, Львівський район, смт. Куликів, вулиця Шевченка, будинок 806
3. Всі інші умови Договору № Т-19 від 05.11.2019 року залишаються чинними у редакції, в якій викладені сторонами раніше, сторони підтверджують їх обов’язковість для себе.

Сторона, усвідомлюючи значення свої дій, керуючись чинним
законодавством України, у зв’язку зі зменшенням фінансування на 2024 рік, уклали дану Додаткову угоду №10 про наступне:
Пункт 3.1. Договору № Т-19 від 05.11.2019 року викласти у новій редакції наступного змісту: «Договірна ціна на момент укладення Договору є твердою і становить: 25 186 782,00 грн (двадцять п’ять мільйонів сто вісімдесят шість тисяч сімсот вісімдесят дві гривні 00 копійок) з ПДВ. Вартість робіт по даному договору в межах державного фінансування на 2025 рік становить 15 224 729,87грн (п’ятнадцять мільйонів двісті двадцять чотири тисячі сімсот двадцять дев’ять гривень 87 копійок) в тому числі ПДВ
2 537 454,98 грн (два мільйони п’ятсот тридцять сім тисяч чотириста п’ятдесят чотири гривні 98 копійок)»
Пункт 12.1 Договору № Т-19 від 05.11.2019 року викласти у новій редакції наступного змісту: «Даний Договір набирає чинності з моменту його підписання уповноваженими представниками Сторін і діє до повного його виконання. Термін дії договору до «31» грудня 2025 року».
