керуючись п.1 ч.5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» уклали Додаткову угоду про наступне: 1. З урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків замовника, згідно п.3.5 договору № 49 від 08.03.2023 р.
