Сторони відповідно до ст.36 ч.4 п.2, Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" домовилися збільшити ціну за одиницю товару не більше ніж на 10 % в зв'язку з коливанням ціни даного виду товару на ринку. Щоб зазначені зміни не призвели до збільшення суми, було зменшено обсяги закупівлі , а саме: м'ясо яловичина (в тушах, напівтушах і четвертинах, І категорії, охолоджене)-208 кг.; м'ясо птиці патраної (куряча четвертина, охолоджена)-125 кг.. Зменшели ціну договору на 15,60 грн. Викласти Розділ VII.«Ціна на продукцію та порядок розрахунків» пункт 7.6 в новій редакції: «7.6. Ціна цього Договору становить 264024,40 грн. без ПДВ (Двісті шістдесят чотири тисячі двадцять чотири грн. 40 коп.).»

Сторони домовилися зменшити обсяг закупівлі м'яса відповідно пункт 1.4. Договору про закупівлю №90/2230 від 23.07.2018 р. та частини 4 пунктів 1 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» №922-VIII від 25.12.2015р.(зі змінами), а саме: м'ясо яловичина (в тушах, напівтушах і четвертинах, І категорії, охолоджене)-391.3 кг.Зменшити ціну договору на 27977,95 грн. та викласти Розділ VII.«Ціна на продукцію та порядок розрахунків» пункт 7.6 в новій редакції:
«7.6. Ціна цього Договору становить 236046,45 грн. без ПДВ (Двісті тридцять шість тисяч сорок шість грн. 45 коп.).»
